Returns

We want you to love what you buy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery.

Hygiene items

For health protection and hygiene reasons, intimate products (including toys, lubricants, oils and condoms) can only be returned if they are unopened and still sealed. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days and we’ll repair, replace or refund it.

Email us with your order number before sending anything back and we’ll give you the returns address.
