No. Parcels are plain with no branding, and the sender name is neutral.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter it at checkout and press Apply — the saving shows straight away.

Which payment methods do you take?

All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them, through our secure payment partner Stripe.

Which lubricant should I choose?

Water-based lubes are safe with all toys and condoms. Silicone lubes last longer but shouldn’t be used with silicone toys. Flavoured lubes are water-based.
